DmitryVistix is the developer of the software and is a subsidiary of the DmitryVista blog. Was created on October 2017 as Myshiva — the word aggregation of Mysh (from Russian мышь — mouse) and Mandriva, since Mandriva Herpes (Ubuntu Herpes) was created, and the Herpes was the gerbil.
First product of DmitryVistix was the Mandriva Herpes build, that was failed in that time. Until October 2017, it was belonged to Marshix (Marshmallow in that time).
In the December 2017, a plans to create Gerbil Linux (in this time — SixMiceLinux) was appeared and was be based on OpenMandriva Lx. The concept of Gerbil Linux was created on January 27, 2018 and was ugly. In June 2018, the Gerbil Linux was renamed to Gerbilinai Linux and was be based on Manjaro Linux or Linux From Scratch.
The last version of Mandriva Herpes, which was already called Ubuntu Herpes, was 17.08.1, that was released on February 11, 2018. The Ubuntu Herpes 17.08.1 was the main fail of Myshiva, because it can't be installed (the installer crashes).
To replace the Ubuntu Herpes, there was Gerbilinai S created, and in June 2018 it defuncts.
In September 2018, Gerbilinai was renamed to SlSixSoft, there were more plans to create programs and specify released numbers that turned out to be ordinary days, which was another failure of the project. In November 2018, the SlSixSoft is renamed SixMiceSoft.
On December 30, 2018, the SixMiceSoft was merged with DmitryVista blog, ceased to be a developers group and was renamed to DmitryVistaSoftware.
On January 10, 2019, the DmitryVistaSoftware starts the developing of SixMicePlay that was based on Windows Media Player. It was developed in C# programming language on Visual Studio. On January 15, 2019, SixMicePlay was renamed to prevent the association of this program with the gaming. SixMiceMedia's goal goal was targeting to low-powered computers and supporting modern multimedia codecs. On February 11, 2019, there was started plans to don't use Windows Media Player base for SixMiceMedia because the media player would have been unnecessary to anyone and due to the fact that Windows Media Player has a closed source code that does not allow expanding the functionality of the program. The developing of SixMiceMedia was postponed.
On February 20, 2019, there was new DmitryVistaSoftware logo created. Formerly, DmitryVistaSoftware used the logo of DmitryVista876 blog.
In March 2019, the DmitryVistix starts the developing of SixMiceTerm for own planned Linux distribution named SixMiceLinux. SixMiceTerm is the fork of Xfce4-terminal and creating in C programming language on Eclipse.
On March 24, 2019, the logo of DmitryVistaSoftware was again changed.
On March 27, 2019, DmitryVistaSoftware was renamed to DmitryVistix.
